As you all know, Faith and Family Fun week is fast approaching. This year Faith and Family Fun week is going to be a little different as we are going to really focus on family unity. There will be some things in the week that are different and hopefully will bring excitement to us all!
This year, Faith and Family Fun Week is going to be centered on the vision of growth. The parish hall is going to be transformed into the Garden of Eden and we are going to talk about the Fruit of the Spirit. We were charging $10 per person, but a loving soul donated money to pay for the t-shirts and we were able to waive the registration fee. This shows that God is already at work.
Everyday of the week will focus in on 1-2 different Fruit of the Spirit and we will talk about how each can relate to our Journey as followers of Christ and as Parishioners of Trinity. Thursday night we will come together for a time of worship and share in the Kenyan Rite. This is a Rite that is different enough to have a person pay attention and it generates excitement through more participation on the congregation’s part. Please make plans to join us July 21-25, 2008. We will come together for dinner at 6:00 PM and go until about 8:30 PM. This year we are asking everyone to complete a registration form to help on t-shirt ordering and to allow everyone to get the proper size. You can pick a registration form up in the church office or download one at www.trinitypinopolis.com/fam. Please turn your form into the office no Later than July 10th to secure a correct t-shirt size.
